Preparation of the Strategic Plan of Palanga Town 

The start of the Strategic Plan - introductory conference held on March 21, 2003. 

The objective of the conference - introduce the necessity and advantages of strategic planning. Representatives from different institutions, business organizations and community were invited to this event.
